At Calvary Crossroads, we've made a commitment as a church family: we will pray for everybody in our congregation, every single day. That's the heart behind Everybody Every Day (EBED) — a simple but powerful system that makes sure no one in our church is left without prayer.
How It Works
Each day, Prayer Team Partners pray for five people from our congregation, with everyone starting at a different point in the list. That means every person at Calvary Crossroads is prayed for every single day. It's a small daily commitment that adds up to something significant — a whole church family covering one another in prayer, continually.
Scripture tells us that God hears and answers the prayers of His people: "And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him" (1 John 5:14–15, ESV). EBED is our church's way of putting that promise into practice together.
Why It Matters
- God is glorified, and His people are built up.
- Prayers are answered.
- We live out God's call to "pray for one another" (James 4:16, ESV).
Two Ways to Get Involved
1. Submit a Prayer Request
Fill out a prayer form with up to three requests. These requests are semi-private — meaning they're shared with your Prayer Team Partners rather than kept completely confidential, so we ask that you keep the details general rather than sharing anything highly personal or sensitive. You're also welcome to submit a praise report for a prayer that's already been answered, so your Prayer Team Partners can rejoice with you, too.
You can submit your request:
- By filling out a paper prayer form and dropping it in the offering boxes in the back of the sanctuary or the collection box in the church lobby
- By replying to the email sent to you from the prayer ministry
- Filling out the Everybody Every Day request form online
2. Become a Prayer Team Partner
Simply note on your Connect Card that you'd like to be involved as a Prayer Team Partner. You can choose to receive a binder with printed prayer request pages, or receive the list digitally — many partners prefer this option because it lets them pray from their phone or tablet wherever they are.

By submitting your requests, you give your brothers and sisters in Christ the opportunity to pray for you. By becoming a Prayer Team Partner, you bring others before the throne of God, seeking His grace and mercy on their behalf — a real demonstration of love.
