Peter calls believers "living stones," built together into a spiritual house and set apart as a holy priesthood. What was once true only of Israel now belongs to God's people through Christ: a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession. This identity isn't just a privilege to hold onto quietly. It comes with a purpose: to proclaim the excellencies of the one who called us out of darkness into his marvelous light.

This week we ask what it looks like to live as people who were once not a people, but who are now God's people — called not just to belong to him, but to speak of him.
